While word-of-mouth had made the brand a cult favorite within the esthetician community, it lacked a strategy to meaningfully grow its direct-to-consumer footprint. Fresh content and a more sophisticated funnel were needed to engage and convert new audiences.

Our plan included a redesigned Shopify storefront to create a seamless, conversion-focused shopping experience. A fully refreshed Meta ad funnel designed as a five-layer system to engage prospects at every stage of awareness. New email flows anchored by a robust Welcome Series and a full-page pop-up experience to grow the subscriber base and increase retention.
